Nothing special to translate, except for the fact that the cryengine 2 clip was running on ps3.
Didn't know that before.
No ps3 game came even close to that tech demo!

It's easy to make a tech demo look good, but to make gameplay look good is extremely difficult. Just look how Crysis 2 and 3 turned out, they look meh on PS3 and 360. Some truly good graphics on PS3 are GoW, Uncharted, MGS, and Killzone.
