EA's Battlefield 4 poll shows more excitement for multiplayer

82 per cent of Battlefield 4 fans are looking forward to the upcoming game's multiplayer over the single-player campaign, if publisher EA's current poll on the official Battlefield Blog is to be believed.

I don't want to state the obvious...but...no duh.

I just voted. I honestly can't believe so many people are looking forward to the campaign! BF3's campaign was utter guff and I see no reason to believe BF4's will be any different.

I know, right? I can't believe that there are gamers out there who enjoy playing through campaigns...

-_-

I actually play way more single player games than multiplayer. But I like to play good single player games!
Whether or not you like campaigns is completely irrelevant, BF3's single player campaign was rubbish.

@ Fluke_Skywalker:

In your eyes, probably. I happen to know many people who liked the campaign. Yes, the storyline was a bit sketchy/confusing in places, but all in all it was a decent effort. Plus, many Battlefield newcomers appreciated a chance to learn the ropes through single-player before hitting multiplayer.

Battlefield 3's narrative took absolutely nothing away from its multiplayer, so where's the harm in DICE creating a campaign for Battlefield 4?

Drop the SP and focus on the most bad-ass multiplayer + in-game clan support you can possibly imagine.

I can wish right? :o

Unfortunately, EA would never let that happen...
