Hopefully the studio can hold the mantle Rocksteady has built with the Arkham IP.

Both Asylum and City were phenomenal, it would be a shame if it's name was to be dragged down by a prequel not under their control.

Either way, there is HUGE potential here and i'm sure Rocksteady will have us a full next-gen sequel in the works hopefully at E3 for us =)

I'm sort of wondering if that's why it's only just been announced and we're so close to release.

If they'd have worked on it for 12 months and it sucked, it could be quietly shelved.

Now I'm getting worried, packshots? Now? Why? Seems like their over compensating.

oh great. another month and another rehashed batman game. stop this already.

Sandmano1777d ago

What? Rehashed? They only made two games. Assassins creed and cod are rehashed not batman and we know nothing of this game, there's a new dev and we don't know when development started on the the game.

Iltapalanyymi1777d ago

yes ac and cod are too. but im getting sick and tired of this batman everywhere shit.

EdoubleD1777d ago

Go be sick and tired somewhere else, somewhere 'deserving'. There's nothing wrong with these Batman titles.

The original devs are probably working on something else. Most likely a next gen title.

All I know is I loved the way Rocksteady used the gamepad for the Wii U, I really hope that WB Austin will do the same or better.
