All Stars? Heck, I'd be happy if they added them to the Vita's PSN.

Think it's a bit of a lost cause now to be honest. All we can hope for is they put them in the sequel (if there is one, I hope there is)

PlayStation All-Stars still has a thriving community. If you look at the forum page that this campaign is set up on, there are over 200 forum pages.

It's worth trying and will only take a minute (not even that) out of your day to tweet them.

I know it has a thriving community, I'm one of them. I have a purple belt in the current tournaments. I just don't think this is going to happen

Once again, I must state that "it's worth trying." We've seen crazier things happen such as the much requested Kingdom Hearts Final Mix finally hitting the West later this year and Xenoblade Chronicles coming after Operation Rainfall being a success.

Yes but Activision wasn't involved with those games. Crash and Spyro need to come back to Playstation where they belong but we all know Activision won't be letting them go without a huge chunk of cash or.....a huge chunk of cash.

These two should have been in the game from the start. That's why I haven't bought it yet and I don't have much hope they will ever be dlc.

Meh, All-stars is dead in the water at this point, and I doubt we'll ever see a sequel.

Real shame. This game could have been so much more.

sony never owned them. They were just given the rights to use em.

I doubt Sony opens their wallet to Activision for those characters at this point. If the game had been really successful then it might have been a possibility, but I don't see it happening with the current version.

In my opinion they should have went out of their way to get Lara Croft, Crash and Spyro simply because those are some of the original PlayStation characters that people played as, even if they aren't exclusive.
stage88  +   913d ago
Even if they did buy Crash it would most probably be the lame Activision version *shudders*

Its a great game but it would of been 10x better if certain characters who defined PlayStation in its early years were in it. I think the game was kind of rushed, and hopefully more time is given to a sequel.
KrebStar  +   913d ago
Activision talks a cooperative game on the issue, but I bet they are asking an absurd amount of cash for the use of those characters. This is simply speculation, of course, but it is not without reason. As much as I'd love to see these characters included, there are plenty of Sony owned characters I'd like to see that would almost certainly be cheaper to use.

I think that if we were to see these two added, it would be released simultaneously as DLC and part of a "complete edition" promoting their inclusion.
Kluv  +   913d ago
I'm not signing this petition to bring them as DLC.

Its kinda hard for Sony to add them since they don't own the rights to the characters, but would Sony really pursue paying royalties for a game that really wasn't a block buster. I'm not sure its worth it.
Jagsrock  +   913d ago
How about a petition for them to take both franchises back to their platforming roots and get rid of all the gimmicks. Who am I kidding though, that's probably asking for too much.
DarkBlood  +   913d ago
that would be great but the connection issues is still my main gripe with the game
jakmckratos  +   913d ago
At this point it's dead for me..the myriad of issues with the game was too much. THAT BEING SAID..Crash and Spyro would instantly rejuvenate my love for the game.
