Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate Review | Holy Moly

Holy Moly: Some games take a little while to explain. Not the Monster Hunter series. It's right there in the title. You might even think there were some subtle nuances or possibly just normal nuances being missed, but there really aren't. It is simply a series concerned solely with the process of hunting monsters, and it's huge in Japan. Mostly because these monsters are bloody difficult to kill, and there's only one thing our oriental gaming pals like more than a spiky haired protagonist and that's an unbelievably steep learning curve. You got that right, I love games that actually challenge me and don't hold my hand in the process! The greatest thing that I love about this port is that it's available on my 3DS XL and Wii U so I get to play at all times whenever I have free time at work.
