Everyone but Rare & Nintendo.

Level 5, TriAce, Atlus, I'm getting a good feeling that RPGs will make a return, hopefully back to PS2 era amounts.

So many on board but how long will it be for them all to release their titles? And with so many I'd want to hope that they don't cannibalize each other BUT there are so many different taste in gaming that they should be okay as long as they don't go crazily over budget.

i remember back in 2011 the ps vita has also a long list of developers who say they "backing it up" but when it got release, only a few of them made games for it....

the only third party i can think off that is pushing the vita in the west is
ubisoft and tecmo koei
and also konami in 1st year

i hope this time... they finally be true to their words.. ^_^

This is why I am not buying this list.

Do you honestly think developers won't be supporting or developing for next-gen consoles? It's in their best interest to do so. They won't be supporting the ps3 and xbox360 forever. They will need to move on.

This isn't a handheld. Of course it's going to have third party support unlike the vita. This is an actual next-gen console that is up to date with mid-range PCs. Plus it's easy to develop for. It would be pretty stupid for them to just abandon this console when it can handle just as much if not more than the 720. I can actually see the PS4 library of games being much bigger than the PS3s.

PS4 and PS Vita has very different target markets, darlin'.
Just look at 'em games made for both platforms.

Stark comparison.
And the difference keeps getting more and more obvious.

Also look at the competition. PS4 will be dukin' it out with PC and Next Xbox and Wii U. PS Vita is up there with PSP, 3DS, Android and iOS.

We'll talk about PSVita & PS4 software support comparison one year from now.

Like the PSP the PSV's main target will be Japan and the PS4's will be the West. This is just how gaming culture on both sides has trended.

but as far as i know, more ps vita are sold in the west , hence i saw a lot of articles in the net that america is the biggest supporter of ps vita last year,

the only problem right now is sony has not announced games that are western focus (infamous, gow, gt, etc.) but we can expect these titles to come to ps vita like uncharted, killzone and lbp that has already released

we can expect more games, specially from western third party for ps vita at e3 and gamescom and the rest of the year ^_^

well some are even leaked (new ac vita game?) tee-hee

Usually takes ages for games to come out for new consoles but looks like PS4 is going to be something else.

Very nice list.
Man, i think Ps4 the new Ps2. Easy win next-gen.

I agree but I kinda wish we would all stop considering it a competition. It's just nice to know that a system I'm going to own will have support for years to come.

It's also nice knowing that because of the games and support the community will be huge and full of all kinds of people.
