Everything I've Learned About The Witcher 3 | Kotaku

Kotaku: "Last week during the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, I sat down with three gentlemen from CD Projekt Red to discuss their upcoming RPG The Witcher 3. We know it's an open-world game for PC and next-gen consoles, and that it will bring the story of the Witcher Geralt of Rivia to a close. We're guessing it'll be a lustful, sexy time. I've had my share of complaints about the second game and things I'd like to see in the new one. But what do the guys making the game have to say?"

The story is too old to be commented.

It's looking seriously good! I just hope they don't lose their roots. Witcher 1 is still by far my favourite

I have Witcher 2 on my PC and as much as I like a great story (so I've heard) and this type of game...I just cant seem to get into the gameplay. Its difficult and annoying from the little time I've spent with it. Maybe I'm just playing the game wrong?

I had the same problem at first. The first 10 levels or so are difficult. What helps a lot is the roll perk from the talent tree. Trust me, every fight becomes a roll fest, and if you upgrade it it goes from 100% to 200% further. Once I got that it made the combat so much easier and allowed me to master other areas.

I'd say keep at it. I was a bit meh after 4 hours, but every other hour was amazing. The combat is supposed to be difficult at first.

The game takes a lot of practice to master. When I first started playing, I would get massacred even on normal.
On my second playthrough, I barely died while playing through on Dark mode.
