know what? if they going to port this game for PS3 then make sure it'll have the cross-save option

man, i just finish the PSV version, this is agreat game, but the drop rate is horrible, i'm not sure i going to do this again with the new character in ps3

Loved this on the Vita, will probably pick this up on the PS3 if it ever gets released in the west. Hopefully Europe won't have to wait 5 extra months for localisation again.

how long did it take you to finish it?

HarryMasonHerpderp4034d ago (Edited 4034d ago )

I couldn't tell you, I don't think it tells you anywhere how long you've played for. It was probably about 40 hours or so. It depends if you do the missions on your own or with a group. Was kind of hard for me to find people though because I imported from the states to the UK and when everyone was playing it in the states I was in bed lol.

Edit: I've just checked my trophies and I have a trophy for playing over a hundred co-op missions and a trophy for killing over 2000 enemies so I've played it a fair bit! haha.

I love those RPGs on my vita. My only problem is the time. Clocked 24 hours on Persona 4.

Sharius4034d ago (Edited 4034d ago )

It take me 3 days with the help of online comnucate to got platium, but to truely master this game you need more than that

HarryMasonHerpderp4033d ago

Why is the time a problem what do you mean?

Xaphy4033d ago

I dont have time to play all the games I have. JRPGS take A LOT of time.

HarryMasonHerpderp4033d ago

Ah I see. Ragnarok is mission based though, so you can jump in for 10 minutes then jump out again when you feel like it.
You don't do any grinding or anything. You level up by completing missions so it's perfect for quick gameplay sessions. You can put as much time into as you feel like. I think there's a demo on the PSN store you should check it out.

How much would you rate it?

SolidDuck4034d ago

Would love if this came out west for ps3. Played some on vita and loved it. Kinda like monster hunter.

This is a great idea by Xseed, PS3 users will love this. I wonder if the PS Vita will just be DLC or an actual new game? I know it is mainly the same game just made better and some new stuff I heard.

Still wondering what about people with the regular RO.

Would be even better if they made it cross play, it would be great to boost the community of RO, .

Video Game Review: Ragnarok Odyssey Ace

Ragnarok Odyssey Ace plays and feels nothing like the well known Ragnarok Online game we all know and love(d). Familiarity to the MMMO is lost as the game only presents vague representations and mentions of the content from Ragnarok Online.

Those familiar with Ragnarok Online should treat this as a new and totally different game.

Ragnarok Odyssey Ace Review - PixlBit

PixlBit | "Going into Ragnarok Odyssey ACE I was excited. To find out that the game was a spin-off of the one MMORPG that I actually was fully engrossed in for a period of time was a treat. Though this game and Ragnarok Online are indeed very different, the similarities and shared aspects were apparent from the get go. However, while I enjoyed those aspects, I may have been better off getting the Playstation Vita version.
