Games and Greens: The Cost of Consoles

Chris McGuinness of Screen-Shaped Eyes took a look inside his wallet and found an article about the pricing models of the console industry. God knows where he'd been shopping. (3DS, Nintendo DS, PS3, PS4, Wii U, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

Whether they're expensive or not depends a bit on what they're compared with. Good article and a decent read for some quality perspective, but would have been good to see a mention of the hardware subsidy that tends to happen at the start of console generations.

It really was an interesting read. I'm with you about the hardware subsidy though.
