Urban Champion X: The Revenge Announced for the Wii U

Andrew N from Negative World says: "Lots of news is pouring out after the announcement of Sega’s acquisition of Nintendo, but this may be one of the most interesting bits. Of course we all expected Sega to utilize some of Nintendo’s franchises, but was anyone really expecting a new Urban Champion right away? However, if you read on, you will see why it might just make the most sense anything has ever made." (Culture, Retro, Urban Champion X: The Revenge, Wii U)

seriously. I saw this news like 2 nights ago. Why hasnt this been dismissed as an April fools fail yet?

lol Urban Champion, the street fighter/smash bros of its time.

but yyep the author of this article sounds fan-boy and un-evolved < fact, saying that "nintendo only makes games for "kids" and how rated "M" is for big people and Urban champion is too "kiddy", and complaining how Nintendo needs "NEW I.P.'s" haaa!! pathetic teen spirited fanboyism faiL prank. lol what a teen.
i love Nintendo because they have the record for having the MOST "BLOODY, Adult, and nasty languaged CONTENT" to ever grace this earth. < fact oooo Hooo

Dude, they seriously do need some new IP's... I mean, fair enough, I want a great 3D Mario for my Wii-U as much as the most rampant Ninty fanboy (OK, maybe not that much), but common, Zombi-U is a far better game than Mario Wii-U...I mean, really, another rushed 2D side scrolling Mario, or some new M rated, Metroid inspired, hardcore game would have sold some consoles. Another Bowser kidnapping fiasco is getting old, even to the most ardent Nintendo fanboy.

I would gladly sacrifice even the new 3D Mario for Wii-U, for a new IP made by Myamoto that allows him complete creative freedom on a new Wii-U IP. Hell, even if it's another platformer, it would still be worth sacrificing the stale Mario character, & letting another Nintendo team handle future Mario games, while Myamoto's team smashes out awesome hardcore mature themed new IP's.
I would crap my adult diaper if it was announced that he was working on a new open world sandbox type IP for Wii-U, made to compete against GTA.
And seeing Nintendo doesn't seem to get GTA games (unless it's on there handhelds), it would be a perfect fit.
