Paste Goes to PAX East: Saints Row IV

I am a huge fan of the first three games, but I just don't know about this title.

And correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't it seem like they took content that was planed for DLC and spun it into its own full game? Seem kinda cheap. And I don't want super powers in my Saint's Row.
