From what i got from this trailer was the possibility of two big boss clones " Two phantoms" so to speak. In the trailer big boss as a artificial arm, if that is indeed the real big boss this makes me wonder if the big boss in MGS4 was a clone. Only Kojima knows at this point i guess.
