Lego City Undercover Review: Missing Bricks - Error! Not Found

"What do you want out of a LEGO game? Smart level design? Humor? New powers or costumes? For that matter, what do you want out of an open-world game? Freedom? Sweeping vistas? The possibility (and probability) of carnage and mayhem? In steps Lego City Undercover, which promises both wrapped in kid-friendly gameplay and puns galore. Wow, terrible review. Who am I to believe, the 95% crowd that give this game anywhere from 8-9/10 or this guy who gives it a 2/5 (or 4/10).. ?

I like the game. It is fun, and looks great. I agree with the other reviews that rank it quite high 4/5 8/10. I do however wish the load times were faster.

the only load times that are long are right at startup. other than that in game load times are not too bad

I've been playing this game quite a bit. I'm enjoying it a lot. And my main complain, along with most people, is the load times. But, I don't think there are as many load screens as people make it seem. I disagree with this review though. I find it to be a real fun game.

This is the first bad review I've seen for this game, it looks like a fantastic game. I guess I'll find out for myself tomorrow.

I noticed background pop up, fps drops, and when there are lego pieces in the street they don't pop up until you get right up on them. This game may be fun but those things shouldn't exist for such a simple title.

I'm honestly more inclined to take an outlier's opinion more seriously on a game like this. One thing I learned during the Wii era is to never ever trust the collective Nintendo fanboy opinion on anything. Overrated doesn't even begin to describe how far you guys go when desperate.
