When Games Are Just Wrong

Despite most games receiving stringent testing there are still many mistakes that slip into games. Nik Wood asks what are some of those mistake-filled moments that have made you go "huh?" (3DS, Casual games, GameCube, Nintendo DS, PC, PS Vita, PS2, PS3, PSP, Retro, Wii, Wii U, Xbox)

Who approved this? When GAMES (plural) are just wrong?

Try one single game having a slight glitch in it's sizeable career mode.

Next week on N4G: "Why all games are broken!" Content: "Battlefield crashed my PS3 =("

Judging by comments the article didnt offer much ... But ill throw out - fallout 3 when your follower would just walk off a cliff or run straight at a deathstalker ....
* walking along minding own business ... " your follower died"
Me - " wtf? ... Uhoh when did I save last ?"
