Skills Needed to Cover a Gaming Convention

Twinfinite's Yamilia writes: "Sit down, let’s have a chat. I want to use my knowledge of how not to be in hopes of showing start-up independent game sites how they should be. No one told me about these skills that I’d need when covering a convention — seriously, like, no one. Maybe they thought it’d be funny." (Culture)

If you're even remotely interested in covering a convention as press, and you've never done it before, read this article enough to recite it in your sleep. Also, wear comfy shoes.

So wait you don't need a gold WWE/WWF world heavy weight belt and to have ebonics down pat to be a good gaming Journalist? Wait you should actually report quality material and not make things up?

Boy do I hope HipHopGuesser reads this.
