The writer could probably expand this list ten-fold, but for brevity's sake he just went with his top three reasons you should be excited about Bioshock Infinite.
Why isn't there more "life" in Bioshock Infinite? The world seems static, its like, as one reviewer put it, a theme park ride at a Disneyland. You can't touch, just ride and see.
I'd have to say a part of me agrees with you on this one. I think that criticism comes from a semi-familiar thematic structure to Bioshock (and to some extent Bioshock 2). I think too that aesthetics clearly took center stage in the development of this title. Unfortunately those aesthetics sometimes verge on cartoonish which, for a Mature-rated title, is a little strange. All that being said, though, it's got a lot going for it.
