SimCity Patch 1.8 hits

Upon loading up SimCity, the game will automatically update itself to version 1.8.

The main focus of this update is text and roads. There are also some general fixes such as a cinematic being added for Great Works and prisons no longer holding prisoners more than their capacity. (PC, SimCity)

Ok so let me get this straight.

A city simulation that has the excact same core mechenics of the same game i played 15 years ago, with little to no new features besides a generic 3D engine which has been done 5 years ago as well, is full of bugs and game breaking anti piracy locks...

Why do people buy this stuff anyhow.
