Carmageddon: Reincarnation racing onto next-gen via $3.5M investment

Stainless Games announced a final "funding round" has brought the total investment for Carmageddon: Reincarnation up to $3.5 million, allowing the studio to bring it to next-gen platforms in addition to PC. (Carmageddon: Reincarnation, Next-Gen, PC, PS4, Wii U, Xbox One)

I never felt so good being a twisted human being playing the old Carmageddons. I hope this one brings back the old politically incorrect insanity.

I don't get why this game gets the reboot treatment... everyone knows how Twisted metal did on PS3, even the maker of the game said it was more of a rental than a purchase. Unless they figure out someway to make the gameplay worthwhile I only see it breaking even considering 3.5mil is at least an easy target to match or make a profit on.
