The Geek Link Episode 55: Just Us Guys

The Geek Link writes - Episode 55 is a host light this week, so it is just Cannonfodder and Smikey to bring you the latest news in the world of Geekdom. We start off with talk of the soon to be released OVA of Iron Man: Rise of the Technovore. It looks to be decent, but some aspects just don’t seem quite right to the guys. Smikey then tells us of the lawsuit Nintendo just lost for stealing glasses free 3D tech and using it in the 3DS, which could cost them millions. He also let’s us know that Disney Infinity is being delayed, but not for the reasons you would expect. Does this mean that the Skylanders rival is doomed before it gets out of the gate? Also this week brought micro-transactions to Activision’s money printing press, Call of Duty: Black Ops II. Is this a sign of things to come with the mega franchise or is it just jumping on a popular bandwagon to be ditched in this years iteration? (Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, Culture, Disney Infinity, Nintendo)
