Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut for Wii U, and yes, they've fixed the boss battles

EuroGamer - The Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut is real and, yes, the people behind it have fixed the boss battles.

The game is due out exclusively on Wii U (for now - more on that later) soon, although US shop Amazon has it down for 7th May, and it includes a raft of improvements, changes and additional features developer Eidos Montreal hopes will convince those who played Deus Ex when it came out in 2011 for the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 to fork out their hard-earned cash once again. Unless they scraped them and started from scratch they are not fixed. Out sourcing those parts were the stupidest thing I have seen a dev do.

Yeah I can't believe that....why outsource a segment of your game like that to someone else? It doesn't even make any sense. Its a crying shame as well because that is one of the weakest, if not THE weakest part of the game.

Can you really say that after seeing Aliens:CM? I mean really? Those boss battles were bad, I agree, but not even close to the worst thing I've seen a dev do.

Awesome! I've been wanting to play that. Now I have to wait for this. Can this come out now?

"Maybe if they reprogrammed all the boss fights ;)

Only letdown I had while playing the "undefinitive" version. #11

I never got round to getting this game so I think ill look to get it on the WiiU with the updates.

You wont regret it, its an awesome game. You will need to give it a bit of time as the first few hours are a bit cramped, but the levels really open up later and give you plenty of space to move around and explore.

Thx for that and ill keep that in mind.

This was one of my favorite games this gen. I am very jealous that only the WiiU is getting these updates. I would hope somewhere down the line some of these features, like the new boss battles and energy system, become DLC.
