Digibytes: God of War: Ascension Review

Aaron Ploof from Digibytes reviews God of War: Ascension:

"I don’t know why this story needed to be told ; it seems as if the writers wanted to lend Kratos some more humanity, but they majorly skimmed on that chance. The storyline doesn’t tell us anything we didn’t already know about Kratos, and it gives us no hints as to where the series’ mythology may be heading. The only reason I can think of for its existence is to satiate the thirst of God of War fanatics for the fourth official installment."

It may seem as if I hate the game, but that’s not true. It’s not entirely pointless, just forgettable in every sense of the word. There are some truly epic moments in the final boss battle, but they come nowhere near the scale that was set in the past six games. God of War: Ascension is nowhere near the game it could have been." (God of War: Ascension, PS3) 7.5/10

Dumb, Nobody cares what you think. Game is awesome runs with no screen tearing no drop in frames great graphics great story great voice acting. But to you that doesn't mean anything. Just write a review hold it to no stander and give it whatever score ya want. Yep the sounds right for the gaming journalist. Hahahah journalist yea right

Classic God of War gameplay, bloody violence like only Kratos can bring, wonderfull graphics, all better than before...let's see...ah, the story is somewhat lesser than previous games, so let's start with that.

Game rocks like all God of War games. After 3 years of waiting I'm not disappointed at all. Play on Hard is all I can say.
