Was the donation 3.5 million? The text says the private donation raided the funding UP to 3.5, couldn't imagine anyone dropping that much.. but then again I don't have that kind of money, can't say ha.
you're right about the 3.5 million, I didn't read it properly.
After rereading it it mentions that they had 400k at first. This means that someone donated 3.1 million.

i spend so much time in carmageddon 2
its still one of the best "open" world racer ever existed.
the physics were ahead of its time
the choice ingame to win either by lead, oponent destruction, or to kille very pedestrian was awesome.
the sheer amount of pedestrians (hundrets)
the ondemand replay funktions,
man it was so incredible
