Borderlands 2 fans can now have their very own Claptrap figure

Gamers will be able to get their hands on their very own Claptrap action figure from “Borderlands 2” fame. As of March 19, fans can pre-order the special Jacobs Corporation make of the popular robot from Gearbox Software’s co-op shooter. The statue costs $25 and is expected to ship during some point in June. The Jacobs version of Claptrap depicts the robotic mascot decked out with wood paneling and brass finish. This special Claptrap was seen in the first “Borderlands” zombie DLC and, more recently, in the Big Game Hunt add-on for “Borderlands 2.” The Jacobs Claptrap collectable statue is a fully poseable figure that will be offered in this limited, one-time only, production (Borderlands, Borderlands 2, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

Just what I wanted... An action figure based on one of the most annoying characters in recent gaming history.

I've known claptrap for two games and I think he's very humorous. I've known you for one comment and you're more annoying than he is.

...This isn't new. NECA has been producing these for almost a year now, starting with the basic Yellow Claptrap and the recently released Blue one. The only thing new about it is the fact that the Wood Grain Claptrap just went up for preorder.

It's Examiner. It's a site literally structured around page views for minimal information. They have 10+ articles every other day on Amazon game sales, with the exact same template used per article.
