The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct Interview

Bill Jones Ink recently did an interview with Terminal Reality principal FX artist/system designer Glenn Gamble about Activision's The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, based on the AMC license. Among the topics discussed was the controversial fan trailer based on early footage that earned the game some negative attention.

Gamble said: "All things considered, a lot has to do with — whenever we capture video and stuff, we’ve got computer with the best monitors and graphics cards, or we can record right off the Xbox, which I know is not something everybody has access to. It’s one of those things when you get a copy of a copy, and you don’t know the source, you can say, 'Don’t judge a book by its cover.' Because the longer you work on a game usually benefits the visuals overall. So commenting on that — just wait." (Dev, PC, PS3, The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, Wii U, Xbox 360)
