It’s nice to see all the changes and the excellent multiplayer being acknowledged, instead of idiot reviewers saying things like, “it’s just Kratos killing stuff…again”! Just because it isn’t the same graphical leap that we saw between 2 and 3, it’s somehow “more of the same”? lol
It’s simple really – if you loved GOW 3, you’ll love GOW:A – oh, and there’s an excellent and fresh multiplayer experience thrown in, as well! How can this be anything but great news?! :)
Great review. Tell me this how is this game gets the worst reviews in the series yet GOWA improves in almost every area of the game & has added multiplayer for even more replay value? Just shows u how faulty reviews are nowadays and are inconsistent. Im glad some reviewers didnt have their give me hit goggles on. Great review by the way for an amazing game.
Ya I read some of the reviews saying it wasn't that great and I almost didn't buy it. In the end I went screw I've loved the other ones I have to see for myself. And maybe the story isn't as interesting but it's still pretty good and gameplay wise it's top notch. I'm having a blast with it. Even the multiplayer is a lot of fun. The mp is not going change mp gaming forever or anything like that , but if your open to diff types of mp experiences besides your typical shooter, it's a ton of fun. I've been pleasantly surprised by ascension.

All major sites have pointed to this as being the weakest in the series. Yes even counting the PSP versions.
or better put: Are you playing it?
I am and the review isn't very far off from my opinion.
I'm so glad I didn't follow the reviews and got my copy day one.
