GamerTM: Gran Turismo 5 Prologue Import Review

A game that will blow the minds of those willing to embrace it and leave those that aren't slightly bored, how much you enjoy GT5P depends on how far you're willing to go with it.

If you're a diehard GT nut who doesn't mind forking out for a steering wheel, Prologue will reward you with a tactile, immersive and stunning driving experience that should last you until GT5 proper is released. If you're just looking for a cheap racing game though, then you might want to think twice.

The story is too old to be commented.

Does anyone know if this is compatible with Playstation 2 steering wheels?

It works, and its rumble is like that closer to the rally stages of GT4 if you remember.

They strengthened the rumble

It also works with the G25 wheel.

Excellent. But Dark Sniper does note that he doesnt have the ultra expensive 200 dollar racing wheel by Logitech. It's some run of the mill steering wheel that he purchased exclusively for Time Crisis for PS2 a while back. Even still, this is great news as Dark Sniper will purchase GT: Prologue upon release date. Kudos to you Blademask and have some bubbles.

is to driving simulation what tiger woods is to golf and jordan to basketball,it really is held that high

what other game can charge consumers for basically a demo?

still ill wait for the full version because £40 is alot of money

I don't like the emphasis that's put on "NEEDING" a wheel to truely enjoy the game.
I think that's a complete matter of preference.
I really enjoyed Forza 2 with the wheel and force feedback, it was amazing, but I was actually turning in slower lap times with the wheel. There's just no way to get your foot to move between the gas and the brake pedal as quickly as your fingers can feather between the buttons. So, ultimately I sold my wheel, and continued to progress with just the controller. I assume I'll do the same with GT5... Although I have to say, the 360 controller is much more comfortable than the Sixaxis

I thought I was the only one super excited about a Gran Turismo Treatment of the F40!

I used to have posters when I was a kid..

in fact, I got nothing but disagrees when I mentioned it in an earlier gt5 thread.

will they do a review again once the US version is released? because it's suppose to have more content than the Japanese one.
