Tomb Raider Review (PC) | SelectButton

Ever since the initial reveal of the Tomb Raider reboot, fans and gamers alike have been split on their opinion of seeing a more realistic and gritty Tomb Raider experience. Crystal Dynamics has crafted an enjoyable narrative, albeit a dark tale of heroism and the struggle to survive. (PC, PS3, Tomb Raider, Xbox 360) 9.3/10

Well, i think that unlike DmC, lara's reboot has been received very well. Its amazing but its holding its own against dead space, crysis, god of war, metal gear etc. They walked the line perfectly. Gamers love Lara Croft and CD did an amazing craeting a game with the freshness of a new IP, the quality of a Naughty Dog and the love and nostalgia of a classic. Now, it isnt without its flaws this late in the gen, and they will have their work cut out on a sequel without the origin story, but for now I am enjoying a brilliantly crafted story about the beginnings of a video game icon.

Completely agree. It will be tricky for them to produce a worthy sequel.
