The Club reviewed by GameTap

If Gears of War represents the pinnacle of stop-and-pop gameplay, then surely, The Club is the yin to that yang. It's a third-person shooter with a whole lot of shooting and a whole lot of running and very little stopping, which is perfect for 10-minute doses of action in both the single-player and multiplayer parts of the game. But beyond that, there's not much to it. Sadly, The Club probably would've made a bigger splash had it been released in the early part of this decade, when games like this were all the rage. (PC, PS3, The Club, Xbox 360) 6/10
