Viva la Vita: "Victor Ireland revealed on NeoGAF that PSP dungeon-crawler Class of Heroes 2 will hit the PlayStation Store on March 26th for $24.99. It's expected to be downloadable from the PSVita's PlayStation Store on day one. Published by Gaijinworks, the game features 10 classes to choose from: Novice, Fighter, Swordsman, Ranger, Monk, Ninja, Sorcerer, Puppeteer, Idol, and one Mystery Class which all help evoke the traditional Wizardy gameplay style, but with a uniquely anime flair.
The sequel to the 2009 release from Atlus was the subject of an unsuccessful Kickstarter campaign last year. The goal was to provide the game a total localization with English voice overs, additional reprogramming and a swanky physical release. While the campaign failed Gaijinworks is providing 2500 physical copies of the game for $34.99. Each copy comes with a code for redemption of a digital version of the game on the PlayStation Network. The company will begin offering these copies on their website shortly."
"The London-based (the UK) indie games publisher PQube and Tokyo-based (Japan) video games publisher and developer Acquire, today announced with great delight and excitement that "Class of Heroes 1 & 2: Complete Edition", is coming to PC (Steam) and consoles (PS5 and the Nintendo Switch) on April 26th, 2024." - Jonas Ek, TGG.
Today Acquire announced a brand new game set in the Class of Heroes world, Adventure Academia: The Fractured Continent.
Find out why Hardcore Gamer is so darn excited about this strategy/RPG. (Spoiler: Because it's hard.)
Keep thinking of clash of heroes every time I see this title.
