Me and my homies were playing Gears, and we were getting our ass kicked on a player match, so we weren't taking the game seriously. After we find out a girl is on the other team, and at the end of the match, she asked us, "Hey have our guy'ses ball fallen off", and I responded, "Apparently yours haven't". The point is that sometimes they are the instigators and males like pointed in this story are asses to chicks on live.

Female gamers I've come across are quite happy to start and join in the piss taking but if you argue back they get upset and then everyones on your back.

I've known girls to use the fact they're girls to get better treatment. Be given items in games or plead with you not to kill them but then as soon as you do they laugh at the person.

Also when there is a group of girls who no each other playing they can be very derogatory about and towards male gamers.

But usually the articles are about how poorly they are treated and how innocent and virtuous they are.

I don't like the way guys act sometimes. Don't fight over a girl you don't know. She's not worth it, just play. Don't give someone preferential treatment when they wouldn't do the same for you and also, this applies to everyone online, cut out the constant annoying insults.

A bit is fine and funny but the idiots that wont shut up drive me mad.

I treat all gamers the same, male, female american, even the welsh.

Girls are something of a premium here, in this deteriorating social environment. You must forgive my peers in the manner, for they grow impatient and thirst for access to women, which other countries luckily have no problem with, I'm sure. Thus, when a female enters a game and makes herself apparent, they jump at the opportunity, being young and immature as they are, to get her attention. What is the easiest and most common method of getting atttention, as we have all learned? Idiocy.

My wife is an avid gamer and is one of the rare 'gamer chicks' who isn't a ham beast as well. She is one of the rare who can actually keep up with the boys at a game of Halo 3 or the like... Her current complaint is that COD4 isn't 2-player online.

She is constantly getting harassed online, but finds it funny when she specifically targets the person doing the harassing and kills em left and right.

I don't think it's cool to harass chick gamers, unless they come in asking for it (calling out people, harassing other gamers, etc). I just hope that we see more girls not afraid to cross into 'enemy territory'.
