Nope, the problem will vanish when parents stop catering to their kids' whining and/or utilizing a "gaming console" as a damn babysitter.
I really do fear for our future, when I know these parents have to hear their kids swearing over the headset and do nothing about it... or just don't care. -.-'
With that M rating from the ESRB for every game in the series, it's fairly obvious.

Replace it w/ the movie scale (which I believe is completely analagous) and the problem would vanish.
