EA has removed SimCity from the Indian Origin Store after users outside India found a technical loophole that allowed them to purchase the game at a significantly lower price.
Something screws customers = no refunds. Something screws EA = Protect ourselves!
Dang straight, the top members of EA need their money in order to purchase at least 2 mansions a month. How could they survive otherwise?
This thing is overpriced by 80% even on the Indian Store. EA games which are supposed to cost only 999 are now 1799. Other games such as Tomb Raider, Far Cry 3, Hitman etc. are all 999.
Come on guys. EA's executive compensation last year was only 39.7 million dollars. That's barely monthly mansion money... http://insiders.morningstar...
That's enough for 30 smaller mansions : http://www.viviun.com/Real_...
It's mind boggling to me how people still don't understand the principle of spending money and especially NOT spending money. One look on Sim City's Wikipedia page also reveals that one of the core designers of Sim City was one of the core designers of Diablo 3 xD Sim City is a prime example of why the underground cracking scene is a necessary evil. Anyway - learn to not finance companies that screw up this bad and then take it out on their customers.
It always amazes me that that ANYTHING EA touches goes to hell.. Very entertaining!
EA and their BS.
Gotta love Karma.
