God of War Ascension Review | Daily Mail

Bloody, brutal and deliriously entertaining, God of War: Ascension is everything fans of the series could hope for. And while it doesn't bring anything particularly new to the gruesome games, tweaks to its winning recipe make this prequel the most refined God of War yet. (God of War: Ascension, PS3) 5/5

Why are daily mail doing game reviews? I mean really, every single triple A game gets either a 5 out of 5, or a 9 or 10 out of 10 when a newspaper reviews them, seriously, have the balls to actually give a game a non perfect score for once daily mail....

Why not? They are casual gamers who from time to time like to play HC games, they love what they see on screen, they dont want or must analyse every single frame to put some score, they are making fun out of game... just like that.

What are you talking about they gave plenty of AAA titles non-perfect scores, for instance CODBO :

, Dishonored : http://www.dailymail.co.uk/...
, and many others, next time do your homework before commenting.

This game might be fun, but no matter what the stakes will never be as high as they were in God of War 3. This prequel is nothing more than a story filler. Expensive glorified DLC.

Play it first before you judge it.

That is a very ignorant point of view. The prequel was made to show the depth of Kratos's character and how he got to the point he was at in GOW 1. Plus the amount of features the game has puts it way above 'expensive glorified DLC' as you put it. If you must talk down about God of War at least say something sensible. And of course the stakes won't be as high because it was before Kratos had the power to kill Gods and Titans.I am not sure what is so hard to understand. Did people think that past Kratos would just up and start slaying Gods and Titans left and right at his current power? He isn't even God of War yet.
