Gameinsight Weekend Short-Takes: 3/8/13

On the Short-Takes this week, the Xbox takes another step into the brave new world of content creation with its first exclusive movie, the Xbox chief says he doesn't think Valve is much of a threat, it seems as if Dead Space 4 is down for the count, and the SimCity launch got wrecked by some meteors and an alien invasion... or just terribly implemented DRM.
