Fun With Miiverse, Or How It's Currently the Wii U's Killer App
SuperPhillip Central writes, "If you have spent any time on SuperPhillip Central, then you know our personal opinion on Miiverse and how much fun we at the site have been having with it. There are very good reasons for that."
(Miiverse, Nintendo, Wii U)
I like Miiverse. I think they need a "general discussion" category though. But it is still an infant, and it will certainly be interesting to see how it evolves over time. I noticed that the developers of Runner 2 are active in their own community which is way awesome! We've never been able to have direct communication like this before.
Maybe not a killer app, but it is a great way for fans and developers/publishers to communicate. Without the uproar on the Uplay thread, I doubt Ansel and his team would have pushed for the challenge mode to be a free download for Wii U owners.
My only real issues with Miiverse are that they need to incorporate the friends list fully into it and ideally the voice chat as well. Then all people to create their own public or private communities so people can form teams for online gaming etc easier... Oh, and an appointment/reminder system so the Wii U "pings" you when you're due for some gaming with the aforementioned team would be cool too :)
Please how is it on another level, with NTVii you can pause live tv and save pics then download them to facebook, myspace, miiverse ect,the video chat is getting major enhancements that go way beyond where it's at now, cross video chat,in game video chat, party chat in voice or video basically, and everything works from your GAMEPAD which is very convienient ect, miiverse is getting updates constantly so always evolving,it's more a case of how can ps4 compete with wiiu that has a tablet built in to its controls ??? miiverse is going mobile,Uchat is going on mobiles, eshop on mobiles, basically download games on your wiiu before u get home, when u get home its downloaded,i'm with the wiiu me.
Wiiu will share all its features with mobile devices and all 3DS models.
