not really, cause if you played one youve played them all and only 2 and brotherhood are the good ones everything else,not so much,and with the rehash and milking of the games its just getting old.
I found it funny though how even in a game like Revelations we got a moving, better ending then in AC3. Ezios speech about "having enough for one life" was amazing.
I am interested in this game quite a bit. I love the Pirate world and the ideas they are doing behind this. In all honesty though, since the AC name is getting overly burnt out...they could of just called it Black Flag and not even pulled it as an AC game since it's a different style in many ways.

UBI always say the right things around the reveal and make everything sounds much cooler than it actually will be in game. It's like fable series so many promises up when games come out not that much different.
By now I have come to terms that I don't like AC games and because of one issue only and that's combat. I guess I will wait for AC FPS or AC hack and slash because the current combat system sucks. Now this main character has 8 guns so here is hoping soon it will be a shooter
No, just too damn fast and look at it.. It is basically AC3 with a pirate theme, you know back in the days when PC was at the top of gaming triangle.. We would just call these types of things expansion packs..

I hate to see it go this way because I loved playing this game for the first time when the series just started but as with most games that get a big following they turn to shit and just start to sell out the franchise.
I don't have a problem with people continuing to make something even for something like CoD which I absolutely hate now but do something new with it, give your staff time to come up with new creative ideas or concepts just whatever you do stop releasing sequels to franchises literally months after one was just released is all I ask.
It is blatantly obvious what they are doing. Why even chance killing the series altogether just to freaking milk it now? Are the millions you have made from the last one not enough? Developers these days are making some really stupid decisions, you think by now they would have learned..
Be much smarter for them to just sell this as a cheap expansion pack of some sort instead of throwing the $60 price tag we all know that will be on it.
If your an AC fan then yes if your not then.......well just don't buy it but please spare us your endless crying about being milked. Just don't buy it. Day 1 for me tho
Agreed. I'm very excited. AC is my favorite game series. The haters act like they don't have a choice when it comes to COD or AC. If you don't like it, don't play it.
I would like to say that I agree with the majority of posters here...AC has been way over-milked...but I love pirate games...there are so few of them. If I can find buried treasure...swashbuckle pirate captains...steal cargo and spices and upgrade my ship for naval battle. I'm sorry I'm not viewing this as an AC...I'm viewing this as an HD Pirates game. I don't folks it speaks to the kid in me reading Treasure Island...
Picking new Castlevania LOS2 over this!AC series is been milked to dead and the combat system is just poor and repetitive,theres no challenge,they could atleast make a dificulty option or revamp the Combat AI completly.
I'm really excited for it. I'm also a big AC fan, so I may be a bit biased. It seems like they're bringing it back to more Ezio type stuff. Getting b****es, killing with style, and what not. I think the series has taken a downward plunge since AC2. The peak was AC2/Brotherhood depending on who you ask. Still, I love the games, and I'm excited for this one.

I'd Play Assassins Creed 4 but only if they used that Chinese female Assassin from the CG Assassins Creed movie with an older Ezio. The movie was great I wouldn't mind going around China, Japan, with her. Everybody being related to Desmon Myles is getting kinda stale Ezio was great and Altier was great to but they should have dropped Desmon after Revaltions and Brotherhood.
I haven't completed AC3 yet but I would have rather been Haytham in his own game then Connor or his grandfather. He is one of my favorite characters so far, I rate him along side Ezio and Altair.

Long Answer: After the abysmal gaming experience of AC3, Hell NO!
P.S.: I am a HUGE fan of AC series (except AC3). Have played each and every one of them (sadly, including AC3)
