"Yesterday saw the launch of a Kickstarter campaign to fund the project, accompanied by a flood of new information and images. Billed as “an isometric action adventure/RPG”, Bloom: Memories tasks players with exploring a mysterious and beautiful fantasy world while tackling such themes as maternal love and the balance between nature and technology."
'Bloom: Memories', an upcoming computer game from indie dev Studio Fawn, includes a playable trans character.
And second article about this, I'm expecting a ton more the way this is political.
Serena Nelson writes: "A couple months ago the lead programmer for Bloom: Memories fell far behind on developing the engine they were going to use as a framework. Due to personal and work issues conflicting with his commitments towards finishing it he left the team on good terms. With such a major and important position being left vacant the development team could have just given up and moved on, but that's apparently not how they roll."
Wastelander75: "My Fellow Gamers;
As time passes and raw imagination slowly becomes graphical reality, I am reminded of a promise I made myself to someone with whom I’ve enjoyed watching progress her dreams and ideas into pixelated art. But the recent past has cast a shadow on that art. And as I sit down again with Dani Landers, Studio Fawn’s Lead Writer, Artist and Designer, I find that she has quite a lot to say about the GamerGate discussion currently raging across the video game landscape."
