MTV- Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Preview

MTV:At this point, odds are you know that "Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag" exists. After a variety of leaks last week, Ubisoft had to release the box art and confirm its existence. I, however, had a preview event a few days before the leaks started. What leaked was just the tip of the iceberg however as "Assassin’s Creed IV" is a large undertaking for the company. (Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, PC, PS3, PS4, Wii U, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

40% of the game at sea, I did not like the ship missions in AC3 so I think ill pass. AC is dead it was in its prime with ezio.

Did not like the ship missions?! That's your opinion and you're entitled to it, but I think the naval combat was a breath of fresh air for the franchise and I enjoyed it so much that I'm looking forward to more of it in the next installment.
I think the low point of the franchise was Revelations. Still a good game, but of all the AC's, that one was for me the most disappointing. 3 was good, not great, but an improvement over Revelations in my eyes. Brotherhood is the one I still call my favorite Assassin's Creed.
I guess you'll be playing as an Abstergo employee in place of Desmond this time around. I wish this game could just be contained in a single time period. I hate leaving the Animus.

I wish they could just do away with the whole present day/alien stuff

I would really like to see them make the combat tougher to add more importance to stealth. As it stands now, you could sneak around (or walk, since they is no crouch or sneak, another annoyance) but there is no reason to due to how easy it is to fight large groups of enemies.
