A man loved Haytham (a man's favorite AC character so far) and is guessing a lot of positive feedback went into his father being the main character. A man hopes he acts similar.

Edward was brought up in Wales to English father and a Welsh mother. He might sound more like Mr. Drippy from Ni No Kuni.

Edward would sound funny with a Welsh accent. He was born in Wales and brought up in England near Bristol, so I think he'll sound similar to Haytham.
