[News] Bravely Default: Flying Fairy Might Be Flying Overseas

From Square-Enix and Silicon Studio, the makers of 3D Dot Game Heroes, Bravely Default: Flying Fairy hit Japanese shelves back in October 2012. For years, fans of the JRPG genre have been anticipating a game on par with old-school Final Fantasy games. There have been a few that have been very well received, such as Ni No Kuni and Lost Odyssey, but those are far and few between. Bravely Default: Flying Fairy actually began production as a sequel to the 2010 DS game, Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light changing into a different game somewhere along the way, which has thus far been very well received in Japan. With a job and battle system similar to Final Fantasy V on the SNES, this seems like the game that Western gamers have been waiting for for years now. Fortunately, that might be a possibility as the official Bravely Default twitter has been aglow with teasing a localization lately. The most recent tweet reads:

so they want to bring Bravely Default but not Final Fantasy Type-0 BS SQUARE ENIX

And they use the lame excuse that Type-0 can't come to NA because of licensing issues with a song. TAKE THE DAMN SONG OUT, WE DON'T CARE!

I think Square believes they wont make much money if they bring type-0 over. Because PSP has pretty much stopped selling in America.

They could just port it on the PS3 or even the 3DS
