I agree, but i love how riiight after you meantion ''original idea'' that you mention the fungus. Which is not the main point of the game, the original idea is the fact the whole game is based on the relationship between Ellie and Joel. The infected is just there,because they are. nothing more.

last of us: i believe this game will win the GOTY over next AC,Bioshock and GTA5 just to name few other contenders. Its a new IP being done by a Media Darling Studio ND who have a amazing track record
than to finish off the year with ps3 would be beyond 2 souls
not counting Kingdom Hearts HD collection most likely a new Yakuza game
That's how I am. I never play demos because I want to wait for the game and enjoy it all at once. Some smaller games I'll demo but not the ones I know I'll like or get.

Yeah this game is going to be awesome. We should get an N4g clan together if the multiplayer aspect indeed lets you to clan up. If your down pm me your ps3 sn and we can add each other and move forward from there. Em def. looking forward to the sp the most but i have a feeling the mp will be a sleeper hit like Uc2 mp was.

Though there are footage showing how impressive the game can look, it makes the parts that are not as polished stand out.

my only concern is whether I should buy it immediately, or wait for the Playstation 4 version which will probably look better and include all DLC.
Moreover, since the Playstaiton 4 will not have bc, then I would be forced to buy the game again.

The gameplay, deep story, incredible AI, amazing graphics, hostile environment and intriguing enemies i think TLOU just may do it you guys.
This is the true meaning of Interactive Entertainment. I was hooked the whole time.
