Omerta – City of Gangsters Developer Interview (TruePCGaming)

TPG talks to lead designer, Bisser Dyankovon, Omerta - City of Gangsters:

"The whole system was redesigned three times. We tried different combinations in the emphasis between the strategy and the combat aspect of the game.
