Wii U Black Ops Online Hurting

Right Now if you are trying to play Black Ops 2 on the Wii U, you will find it a little hard. According to the games status page, the services has downgraded and are having a connection issue. It is uncertain if this the cause of the recent update of if, gamers are just not playing. We will be sending a e-mail to Activision to get an answer. (Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, Wii U)

Its not just Black Ops 2. I can't even get to Miiverse or the Eshop without severe lag. It worked great this morning but now its horrible.
