Sadly they-re held down by contracts and stuff (much like the Avengers film really with Spider Man and X-Men etc.) but it would still be awesome if they could approach any heroes they wanted :)
There is absolutely no other acceptable series. That being said your name makes me feel like High Moon should develop a Beast Wars game. God do I miss the 90s =/

Superman!!! If there is one developer that got it right, I will say Rocksteady studios. They did a great job with the Batman franchise. Superman needs it after that atrocity we called Superman 64, the worst game ever!!! Heck it even had multiplayer that had nothing to with Superman. Strange?
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.........yes. I would love them to do a Dredd game, the depth and history of the Judge Dredd universe is insane. It's a shame that when people think of Judge Dredd that didn't or don't read 2000ad instantly think of the 1995 Stallone insult.
The recent Dredd film was awesome i have to say! Would love to see that be made into a great film.
What about a game in the light of Sin City? Platinum released MadWorld a couple years back which had a similar art style, would be pretty cool to see more of that, especially in the brilliant Sin City setting!
in my humble opinion I think they should make a man of steal game because at this point nobody needs a good game more than Superman plus he's an iconic American hero and the first Superhero that's needs respect where respect is do!!
it would also tie in great with the Man of Steal movie and since next gen is also around the corner we could have special effects that could actually rival "in some ways" Man of Steal!

i would love to see them do Superman first then in sequels do superman vs doomsday
Rocksteady could do wonders for a Spiderman and/or Superman game. Finally give the Man of Steel a proper outing.
That said, I'm happy for them to continue making great Batman games.
