Super Smash Bros.: From History To Predicted Destiny

Cross-overs have been around for a while now and it seems that only in recent times are they becoming more and more popular. Most of the time, cross-overs are mostly made into fighting games such as PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, Project X Zone, Jump Ultimate Stars and, of course, the main topic of this article, Super Smash Bros. With a fourth installment on the way, the series is set to take a massive turn. Super Smash Bros. U or Universe, as all fans call it for now, has the power and tools of bringing the series to a whole new level. (Nintendo, Super Smash Bros., Wii U)

You are so right. But no one else I know likes it but my 7 year old brother.

You need some cooler friends, then.

And that is proof of what ?

it was released when me and my friends were 13-14 years old. And we loved it and so did everyone older than us and younger than us.

That is 7 years older than your brother but we still played it ?

Let me guess.. you hang out with the "cool kids "

2 games = more characters.

There won't just be 30 characters, but maybe 45 split between games.

Meaning Wii U = 30 characters.

3DS = 30 characters but 15 will be different than Wii U version and will be portable / handheld focused characters.

I'd like to see Snake stay in (one of my faves), maybe Wolf. I don't want direct clones (sorry, no toon/young link), so I'd like Falco to get a bit better of a moveset (too similar to Fox), wouldn't be surprised to get Bayonetta in the game (think of the Final Smash). Bring back some of the competitive nature melee had. Also better Character balance (so fast characters aren't favored over the heavy ones, and Link should not be that slow). Oh, and Samus to less 'Brawl' and more 'Melee'

A better, more intuitive map creator would be nice. Having strong Miiverse interaction would be awesome, be able to hold mini tournaments over online using Miiverse to advetise

^^ This! having those individual communities could really be a great way to connect to other players and set up tourneys. Having a decent online to work with should really add to the game.

Yes! This game is gona be gigantic especially with heavy heavy Miiverse interaction. Lol! Mii brawlers? Holy cow that would make it epic! Satoru vs. Reggie Miis! Lol! Miiverse is an incredible feature of the WiiU (coming from the people that invented the dreaded friend code makes it semi miraculous). I've been saying since the Wii days Nintendo fans are, nicer, cooler, kinder and more fun than any other community especially the Stinkbox 360. Miiverse personifies this kindness Xbox Live personifies the terribleness. Kinda' weird.

I'm also really excited for the way they are working with both a 3ds version and a Wii U version. creating those different experiences are going to show an incredibly unique way to play smash bros.

(>'o')> × Ditto = ∞ Nintendo's gonna take this eighth generation! It's weird that people that actually own a WiiU, for the most part, seem to love it but people who seem like they've only played it at a qiosk, or own a PS3 (Lol), hate on it all day. Like it's their job to hate the WiiU. Like they go out of their way to rain on our parade. Not very cool of them I think.
