I'm surprised this game doesn't have online pass, how did crytek pull that off with EA?

well on PC it has something else that most hate, it's forcing you to use Origin :P. On topic: Curious about the optimization fixes and whether they fix the slowdown issues in the first level

That first level is rough on even the most ultimate of machines. It's supposedly a fluke with the rope physics so hopefully it's easily resolved.

I remember with Crysis 2 crytek did the same thing. It was Cryteks choice to not have an online pass because they wanted as many people playing it as possible.

Glad they gave the Typhoon a nerf.... Now they need to fix their crappy netcode, considering how much money Crytek has made you would think we would have dedicated servers...

Fix for the most overpowered noob shotgun of all time the jackal, even more so than the USAS from Battlefield 3... no where to be found.

How about a Fix for the issue that causes the game to FREEZE after the final boss fight. Such bullshit man, I will never buy another Crytek game unless it has been heavily discounted and even then I will think thrice about it.
