Why You Shouldn’t Underestimate: Guacamelee

Analog Addiction Writes: "

From the creators of Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack, one of the best games on Vita I might add. Comes Guacamelee, Drinkbox Studios is the developer behind these titles and they are a talented bunch I can assure you. The latest trailer showcases the vibrant charm Drinkbox Studios places into their titles, not to mention some extremely catchy Mexican inspired tunes.

Guacamelee is a side Metroid-vania style platformer and if you couldn’t tell by the name, it doesn’t take itself seriously. You are not going to be given an in-depth narrative, you are going to be presented with a fun, quirky, zany adventure that will keep you hooked with excellent gameplay. I have a lot of confidence in this title, since Mutant Blobs Attack was of such high standards." (Guacamelee, PS Vita, PS3)

I'm just waiting for a release date. I played a little bit of it at GameStop on the Vita and knew I had to get the game.

Oh wow I had no idea this has multiplayer. I planned on buying it anyway but that just sealed the deal even further.

Guacamelee is easily a day 1 purchase for me.
I can't wait to play it. I'll buy any game from Drinkbox Studios after playing Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack! My avatar is the blob you play as in Mutant Blobs Attack disguised as rage troll face. bloblem? lol Guacamelee is looking really good.
