It's not at all like we already have a system in place which places ratings on games. You know like, Teen, Mature, etc... And idiot parents that like to buy 10 year olds Mature rated games, bypassing said system...
Unconstitutional. This is why the Constitution has a balance of powers. Moving on.
THEORETICALLY parents watch their kids, regulate their activities, and make mature decisions. Theoretically. lol
