"‘Twas the night before PlayStation, when all through the house

The entertainment centers made space by the TV’s with care,

In hopes that Kaz Hirai soon would be there;

The gamers were nestled all snug in their beds,

While visions of Sully’s danced in their heads;

And Sackgirl in her ‘kerchief, and I in my cap,

Had just started LittleBIGPlanet 2 with controllers in lap,

When out on the street there arose such a clatter,

I sprang from the couch to see what was the matter.

Away to the window I flew like a flash,

Tore open the shutters and gathered my cash.

The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow

Gave the luster of mid-day to the new hardware below,..."
