Be smart with your PlayStation Network Gamers’ Choice Awards 2013 votes

From the article, "People don’t vote for Gamers’ Choice Awards 2013 nominees they enjoyed the most. Perish the thought. No, they’re voting for the games they most want to buy. See, the Gamers’ Choice Awards is always accompanied by a big sale, in which the 10 category winners are reduced. The Gamers’ Choice Awards 2012 winners experienced a general 30% off price cut, while PlayStation Plus owners were able to pick up the 10 winners for 50% off. The same will be happening again this year." (PS Vita, PS3, PSP, Tag Invalid)

I know how to fix that, raise the price of the winners seeing there is a demand for those and then discount the losing games. That'll fix'em for their bogus votes.

This article is on point. The voter's goal is to get us the largest sale possible. Definitely worth the read if you're interested in any games on the list (which you most likely are).

I was thinking this last night. My favorite game was Journey, but I voted for The Walking Dead because I'm missing episodes 3, 4, and 5.

That's probably what I should have done.
